At Jorene Parfum, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days after delivery.

  • Refunds are eligible for items that are broken/damaged during delivery or if the wrong scent is sent.

Requirements for Refund

  • You must provide video proof of opening the parcel, clearly showing the broken item or the wrong scent received.

  • Refunds will only be processed after confirming the item is indeed broken or the wrong scent was sent.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Products returned after 7 days.

  • Items that are not broken/damaged or where the scent is correct.

  • Change of mind or incorrect purchase.

Refund Process

  • Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via agreed alternative.
