Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days after delivery.

Refunds are eligible for items that are broken/damaged during delivery or if the wrong scent is sent.
Requirements for Refund

You must provide video proof of opening the parcel, clearly showing the broken item or the wrong scent received.

Refunds will only be processed after confirming the item is indeed broken or the wrong scent was sent.
Non-Refundable Cases

Products returned after 7 days.

Items that are not broken/damaged or where the scent is correct.

Change of mind or incorrect purchase.
Refund Process
